Sports Therapy

A Sports Therapist will assess, treat and rehabilitate their clients in order to restore full function. They not only treat the symptoms, they also treat the cause to avoid re-injury. Sports Therapy can treat:

A Sports Therapist uses a wide range of modalities including: Soft tissue massage, Joint mobilisation, Trigger point (for pain relief), Stretching, Guidance through rehabilitation programmes to build a good exercise habit.

Frequency: Initial assessment lasts one hour with subsequent treatments lasting half an hour depending upon the severity and nature of your condition.
