Dr Neil Reilly (Chiropractor) began practicing in 1987, starting in a one-room practice. Times have changed since then – Neil was the 52nd chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council, and now that number is in the thousands – but what has not changed is the Kingston Chiropractic Plus approach to effective, safe and natural health care.
Helping Your Family Find Better Health
All ages are welcome at our practice, and we often see multiple generations of the same families. Most of our patients are referred to us by others who have been highly satisfied with the results they have seen. Neil has also treated many famous footballers and can often help athletes of all types.
Relieving Many Common Conditions
We’ve gone from a one-room practice when we began to a larger operation, particularly after the 1990 Mead et al. study entitled ‘’Low back pain of mechanical origin: randomised comparison of chiropractic and hospital outpatient treatment” which detailed the success of chiropractors in treating low back issues. Neil is well-versed in such problems, as well as common complaints such as neck pain and headaches.
Finding the Right Place for You
You’ll be treated fairly and honestly when you’re at our practice. We do not take on anyone we do not believe will benefit from chiropractic care. You will be told immediately if we feel we’re not suited to helping you, and referred to another practitioner within our large network who is appropriate to your case.
The Kingston Chiropractic Plus team has the privilege to see many people who recover their health naturally. We’re happy to tell you when you need to seek help elsewhere, however, which was the case with one of Neil’s patients who had a disc prolapse. She was informed that the neurosurgeon might be a more appropriate practitioner. The neurosurgeon, surprisingly, told her to try at least four chiropractic visits first. The woman returned to Neil and was able to avoid the disc surgery.
